The Illustrated Press

Franz Wacik Publisher's Edition

AVAILABLE NOW! EXTREMELY LIMITED!

This new book explores the work of Austrian artist FRANZ WACIK, whose breathtaking and imaginative illustrations were featured in the satirical magazine Die Muskete from 1906 to 1918. His work was so ahead of it's time that you would think these illustrations were drawn in the 1960s or ’70s, rather than over 100 years ago. The book is 224 pages long, and is filled to the brim with scores of beautiful illustrations. Out of all of the books I have produced, this is one of my top favorites. The Publisher's Edition is limited to just 20 total copies. Signed and numbered by the author, presented in a black cloth covered slipcase with white foil stamping. Functionally identical to the Deluxe Edition, this one is simply rarer as the "P" marked copies are from my personal stash that I either gift to friends, family, etc., or sell to YOU after I have sent out all of the gift copies. Only a handful remain!

224 pages, 9x12 inches, hardcover with dust jacket.
